Silverpoint Drawings
Similar to graphite drawing, silver leaves a faint mark when applied to a toothy surface. For this series, I drew with a wire of pure silver to create the figures you see below. The marks and tones are actually deposits of silver on the paper’s surface. As the drawings age, they will slowly tarnish to a browner hue.
